That’s where I come in. I’m Michael, and I created Hya Wellness to help individuals like you rediscover balance, overcome burnout, and live a life they’re excited about.

My approach isn’t just based on theory; it’s built on real-world experience, including navigating my own journey with an autoimmune disease and overcoming significant burnout in my corporate career after achieving my dream job in London.
