Slow Flow sessions are relaxing breathwork sessions accessible to everyone, focusing on relaxation, being present, and de-stressing from your busy life.
These sessions are beginner-friendly and a great place to start if you’re new to breathwork! but also offer a framework for experienced individuals to refine their regular practice and experience the benefits of regular commitment.
Sessions start at 6:30 pm sharp, so arrive a little earlier & are held at the AD Library in Wanaka.
