SUNDAY COLD DIPS

Looking for a refreshing way to start your Sunday mornings this winter? Join us every Sunday at 9am for our cold dip and breathwork sessions by the beautiful Lake Wanaka. Whether you’re new to breathwork and cold dips or a seasoned pro, everyone is welcome!

After the session, warm up with a hot cup of coffee at Kai and enjoy the chance to connect with like-minded people. It’s a great way to invigorate your body, clear your mind, and build a sense of community.

    • When: Every Sunday at 9am during winter

    • Where: Lake Wanaka (In front of Kai)

    • What to Bring: Swimmers, something to sit on, a towel, warm clothes for after the dip, and an open mind.

    Safety Guidelines:

    • Open for all ages, but please consult your healthcare professional before trying breathwork and cold water immersion if you have any current health conditions which might impact you.

    Fee and Registration:

    • The fee is Koha/Donation, which you’re welcome to bring along on the day.

    • No need to sign up beforehand, just show up and join us!
